Join me online via Zoom for this Masterclass that will set the right intention for the rest of the week. Your life is as good as your mindset. You will learn ways to positively improve your mindset with the use of intentions and affirmations. Practice breathing effectively using a range of pranayama (breathing) techniques and totally relax whilst your guided into a state of deep meditation.
This class is for anyone. It is particularly suitable for those leading busy, hectic lives who need a moments peace, and those who are challenged with anxiety, stress and insomia. You will leave this class feeling nourished, balanced, renewed & healed.
